First and foremost, you'll need to realize that the real problem is the taxpayer. Until you come to grips with that fact, no hope and change can occur. The reason that teachers and administrators had to conspire and falsify test scores throughout the Atlanta school system was because you the taxpayer…you the parent forced them to give “high-stakes” tests to students as a way of measuring performance. It is you, taxpayer.
